At Zeera Melbourne, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Please review our return and cancellation policies below.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your order must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all components.
- Damage due to improper handling or breakage from careless use is not covered.
- Hygiene-sensitive products must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
- If the product was defective upon arrival, you may request a return.
- Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility.
- Returns are processed within 7 business days, and if eligible, a confirmation will be sent.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if they show signs of use or damage beyond our control.
2. How to Return Your Order
If your order meets the conditions above, follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Email us at: info@zeera-auckland.com
- Include the following details in your email:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product (if damaged)
- Full name
- Shipping address
- Once we review your request, we will provide the correct return address.
- Do not send your return to the sender’s address, as this is not our return location.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order under the following conditions:
- The cancellation period is 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- Due to our automated processing system, once an order is placed, it cannot be interrupted before dispatch.
- If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible until you receive the item. You may then initiate a return following our return policy.
- To request a cancellation, email us at info@zeera-auckland.com with your order details.
4. Returns for Shipped Orders
As our products are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer than expected. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Once received, you may return it following our return process.
To speed up the return process, please provide us with a shipping confirmation when returning your order.
5. Refund Process
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the total amount paid, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as your original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
